Solid carbide drills

The requirements in modern machining technology are becoming increasingly varied. In addition to the constant endeavours to streamline and improve manufacturing processes, further challenges and problem areas are added as a result of new materials and processing methods being used. These must be accepted and solved with an innovative spirit. Out of this area of tension, a wide range of standardised drilling tools was created that fulfils the desire for tools that can be used universally but was also developed for specific fields of application.

Our current highlights

Reliable chip removal thanks to shorter chips

The Tritan-Drills with three cutting edges have become widely established thanks to their major benefits with regard to cost-effectiveness. Continuous further developments improve the performance of these tools in many respects.

A self-centring chisel edge and innovative point thinning are the geometric highlights of the new Tritan-Drill-Uni-Plus. They ensure shorter chips.

The innovative MxP high-performance coating and precision-ground chip flutes guarantee the smooth removal of the chips from the bore.
